Intermediates can sharpen their technique on the many gentle blue pistes throughout the Val d’Isere valley, and even expert skiers will have their work cut out to cover the entirety of the Espace Killy in one week alone.
 

Snow conditions on the slopes above Val d'Isere at the moment are superb. Spring conditions typically mean skiers can enjoy freshly-bashed corduroy snow in the morning then - as the sun moves across the sky and softens the icy terrain - sit down for long piste-side lunches. There’s no shortage of après ski venues to select from, both on the mountain and down in town, and the generally sunnier March and April weeks are the perfect time to make the most of it.
